애론의 목소리와 창법은 워낙 개성이 강해서 좋아한다면 너무나 빠져드는 반면

불만이 있다면 도저히 들을 수 없는 음악이기도 할 것입니다.

 

개인적으로는 이런 개성이 무척이나 만족스럽습니다.

 

첫 트랙 'Rainy Night In Georgia'의 원곡은 70년 브룩벤튼(Brook Benton)의 히트싱글입니다.

 

프랭크시나트라부터 질스캇과 조쉬그로반까지 장르와 연대를 초월한 작품에서 연주를

선보인 트럼펫주자 크리스보띠가 참여해서 곡이 더욱 빛나고 있고,

앨범의 첫 장을 장식하기에 부족함이 없습니다.

 

'People Get Ready'는 65년 임프레션스(The Impressions)의 히트곡이고,

'Let's Stay Together'는 72년 알그린(Al Green)의 클래식넘버입니다.

 

전자에는 색스폰주자 데이빗산본(David Sanborn)과 아트네빌,

후자에는 샤카칸이 참여하기도 했습니다.

 

물론 이 외에도 'Ain't No Sunshine'(빌 위더스 곡) 이나 'My Girl'(템테이션스),

'Stand By Me'(벤E킹)등의 뻔한 넘버도 개성넘치게 불러제치고 있습니다. (Rating 75/100)

풍부한  성량과 음색이 너무나 좋다
이 음악에 나도 모르게 빠져든다
한가지 노래가 많지않아 아쉽다
